In general a cancellation policy is necessary for our small business to continue to serve our clients in need of treatment.
Booking an appointment at TruHealth and Wellness ensures that a particular date and time will be held exclusively for you. It also means that at the time you book your appointment you are accepting the responsibilities to pay for your exclusive appointment time.
To avoid a cancellation fee, we require 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling an appointment. If you are late arriving to your session, you will be billed for the full session and you will only receive whatever time is left over TruHealth & Wellness recognizes that’s life’s small and large emergencies can sometimes happen.
If you believe that your individual circumstances warrant an exception to our policy, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to discuss it with you If you are unable to provide us with 24 hour notice for canceling or rescheduling, you will be billed for half for the missed appointment.

Gift certificates are available. They are available for purchase at the front desk during office hours or by phone by way of a credit card.
